Intellistart 3 Control System: Compared to other control systems, it reduces the number of operations associated with job changes by approximately 70%. Notably, it minimizes the need for operators to move between machine units and the main control console.
Autonomous Printing Software: The machine's software allows for autonomous operation, meaning it can automatically set up for the next job and print without operator intervention.
PressCenter Mobile: This solution enables the display of the job queue on mobile devices outside the machine.

Fully Pneumatic Sheet Reversal System: A fully pneumatic system for opening and closing cylinders with variable geometry for sheet reversal. This reduces the time for changing the sheet reversal mode to approximately 90 seconds.
HyColor Pro Function: This feature allows for remote adjustment of the dampening unit. It saves 1-2 minutes for each machine mode change.heidelberg.com
InpressControl 3: The third generation of the device for automatic spectrophotometric (CIELab) measurement and control of printed sheets, performing measurements directly on the printing press. The new version significantly reduces waste by introducing the Quality Assist Smart Mode software function. Under specified printing conditions, production can commence as early as the 30th sheet (for 4-color CMYK printing).
Washing Assistant: Based on surface coverage, ink type, substrate characteristics, and the number of printed copies, the system selects the appropriate washing duration and amount of cleaning agent. This results in savings in washing time and cleaning agent usage. Depending on the operating mode, the system can save between 20 to 60 hours of operation annually.
Intellistart 3 LED Illumination: The use of this function provides the operator with a quick overview of which units are automatically changing, which are offline, and where manual intervention is required.
Automatic Waste Sheet Management Assistant: Depending on the degree and duration of color deviation, specific external devices can be activated to facilitate real-time or later management of waste sheets. This includes activating the sheet ejector, sound signals, waste sheet removal modules, or automatically stopping paper feeding on the delivery table.heidelberg.com
PAT (Performance Assistant Tool): A system that assists the printer in enhancing machine performance using advanced artificial intelligence algorithms. This solution impacts: setup time, remaining time, and printing speed.
